A 48-year-old man, who had been missing since 2020 and was being searched for by his relatives, has been found in Astana, reports the “Adyrna” national portal, citing the press service of the Astana Police Department.
An operation called “Qangybas” was conducted in Astana to provide assistance to people in difficult life situations and to locate missing persons. During the raid, four criminals wanted for various crimes were apprehended, and six suspects of other offenses were detained. Additionally, the whereabouts of three missing persons were discovered, including a man who had not been in contact with his family since 2020.
“The case of a 48-year-old man, whose family never lost hope of his return for four years, is particularly noteworthy. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the police, the man was found and reunited with his family,” the Astana Police Department shared on its Instagram page.
