Majilis Speaker, Chairman of "AMANAT" party Yerlan Koshanov held the first meeting of the People's Headquarters to support the construction of the NPP. It included about 250 representatives of 6 political parties, as well as about 20 republican public associations.
The referendum on the construction of a nuclear power plant, which will be held on October 6, is of great strategic importance for the future of Independent Kazakhstan. That is why prominent political and public organizations in the country have joined the People's Headquarters to support the construction of nuclear power plants. Speaker of Majilis, Chairman of "AMANAT" party Yerlan Koshanov announced this at the first meeting of the Headquarters. The goal of the headquarters is to gather people around the progressive idea of building a nuclear power plant.
