On the website of the National Guard, it is written that Konstantin Voronkin is the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard for equipment and weapons. He was appointed to this position on November 24, 2020. He was born in Shymkent, 53 years old.
He graduated from the Samarkand Higher Military Vehicle Command School named after the Supreme Council of the Uzbek Socialist Soviet Republic, the National Defense University named after the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy, and the higher academic courses of the Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Since November 24, 2020, he has been serving as the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard for equipment and weapons.
