A pre-trial investigation has begun regarding a number of violations of the law against the officials of the financial department of the Taraz city administration. This was stated by the Financial Monitoring Agency today, July 30, "Adyrna" reporter reported.
"Employees of the city administration illegally removed commercial real estate and consumer goods from the institution's balance sheet by forging official documents, taking advantage of the non-accounting of inventory values received by the state revenue. The amount of damage caused by the illegal actions of these citizens exceeds 100 millions tenge," the report said.
