Today, the mayor of Mangistau region Nurlan Nogaev presented to the deputies of the Aktau city maslikhat the candidacy of the new city governor instead of Nurdaulet Kilybay, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
He is Yerbol Izbergenov, who previously served as deputy mayor of Aktau.
Yerbol Izbergenov graduated from Almaty College of Construction and Management, Aktau State University and Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation ("Construction and Operation of Buildings and Structures", "Industrial and Civil Construction" and "Master of Administrative Affairs").
