According to the results of December 2024, Speedtest Global Index has published a list of the countries and cities with the fastest internet, reports “Adyrna.”
The new study analyzed nearly 200 cities from 154 countries. Kazakhstan ranked 57th in mobile internet speed, positioned between Spain and Japan, with an average download speed of 53.76 Mbps. The city with the fastest mobile internet in Kazakhstan is Almaty, followed by Astana.
In terms of broadband internet speed, Kazakhstan secured the 88th position with an average speed of 73.67 Mbps.
The countries leading in mobile internet speed include the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait, while Afghanistan recorded the lowest speed, with a download speed of just 8.2 Mbps.
