Isaac Singer was born into a Jewish family in Pittstown, USA in October 1811. When he turned 12, he worked at a local workshop and hardware store. However, he did not stay there for long: he moved to the local theater as an actor. The theater team, which is constantly on business trips, did not open Isaac Singer's garden. When he reached the age of 20, he left acting and was employed as a black laborer in a company digging the Erie Canal. The difficulty of the excavation made the young worker search. He thinks about creating technology that simplifies the work process, whether he is lying down or standing up. In 1839, his creative search bore fruit and he received a patent for a rock drilling machine. He sells his innovation to "IM Canal Digging Company" for $2,000. Apart from that, although he invented a wood-cutting and processing machine, he could not make a significant profit from it. With the money received, he opens a new theater, collects a troupe and returns to the same artistic path. After another five years, Isaac Singer will say goodbye to acting forever.
