A deputy who committed fraud on the hill was convicted, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
The verdict was issued in the city court against the deputy of the maslikhat who pocketed millions of money.
According to the court, the deputy said that he would buy 1,200 head of cattle for his farm in 2020 and received 390 million tenge through the Agricultural Credit Corporation. However, it was determined that the funds were used for personal purposes.
In addition, in 2021-2022, the deputy of the maslikhat submitted a false application to the "Aktobe Oblast Department of Agriculture" and received a subsidy of 67 million tenge for fattening non-existent cattle. It was determined that the amount was not used for the intended purpose.
The deputy who committed fraud was sentenced to 6 years.
