Today, May 24, the Minister of Industry and Construction Kanat Sharlapaev expressed his opinion about the petition demanding the removal of waste, "Adyrna" correspondent reported.
The minister noted that this problem was often raised by those engaged in resale.
"I met with the protestors on May 17. A big meeting was held, parliament members took part. 12 people came on behalf of the protesting group. We shared our views on changes in government policy. But it was found that mostly these people make money by buying cars from abroad, bringing them to the country and selling them here," he said.
Kanat Sharlapaev stated that the issue of waste disposal is not being discussed in the Government.
"The petition has been signed by 49,200 people today. I believe that the Government will take the matter under its control after the appropriate votes are gathered. "Currently, we are not considering removing the disposal fee," the minister concluded.
It should be noted that earlier, the deputy of the Senate, Ali Bektaev, proposed to remove the disposal fee for agricultural machinery.
