According to the publication, on May 13, 29-year-old Sherif, who fought in the ring as a professional for the first time, fainted at the boxing event held in London. In the fourth round of the match with his opponent, Malam Ware, he hit the athlete in the temple.
As a result, the athlete died on the way to the hospital in Laval.
It should be noted that the foreign athlete Laval has been engaged in boxing since 2018. He decided to switch to professional boxing only this year.
