"Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" JSC terminated the agreement on the sale of Instant Payments railway tickets with the company related to Aliya Nazarbayeva. This was stated by the deputy chairman of the board of KTZ, Anuar Akhmetzhanov, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"On December 1, the contract with Instant was terminated, now Mobile Portal LLP works. This company was selected on a competitive basis. They provide electronic ticketing service. We will pay them 29 tenge per sold ticket," said Anuar Akhmetzhanov, deputy chairman of the KTZ board.
He noted that this is a private company, there are no big personalities among its founders.
"The mechanism is the same: we put the tickets on sale, this company sells them through agents or organizes online sales," he explained.
The agreement with "Instant Payments" LLP was concluded in 2014 and is valid until the end of 2023. The founder of Instant Payments in early 2022 was Aliya Nazarbayeva, the daughter of the first president, Nursultan Nazarbayev.
