Children brought illegally from one of the Central Asian countries to the North Kazakhstan region have been identified, the national portal "Adyrna" reported with reference to KazInformation.
On April 18, the police department of NKR and the national security committee carried out emergency search measures in the city of Kyzylzhar and thoroughly inspected 7 apartments.
As a result, children aged 5 to 15 years from one of the Central Asian states were identified. There were no documents allowing the children to travel on the territory of Kazakhstan.
Data on the organization of illegal migration through the provision of housing, as well as the provision of other services to foreigners for illegal entry and exit to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as for movement on the territory of the country, were registered.
In connection with this case, an operational investigation team was formed. The investigation is being conducted under Article 394, Part 2 of the Criminal Code.
Identified persons, including minors, are being interrogated and interrogated.
Expertises necessary to fully determine the essence of the problem were appointed.
