The body of 5-year-old Madina was found 3 kilometers from the village of Zhambyl, where she lived, with the help of a drone. She drowned in an artificial reservoir, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"I express my condolences to her family on behalf of the residents of the region, the republic, and police officers. We believed until the end that the child would be found safely, but it didn't happen as we wanted," said the head of the regional police department Yerlan Omarbekov.
According to him, the necessary examinations will be appointed and the results will be announced in the future.
