Alfa-Bank JSC and Bank CenterCredit JSC have reached a final agreement on the sale of SB Alfa-Bank JSC in Kazakhstan. Bank CenterCredit will become a new shareholder of Alfa-Bank in Kazakhstan by purchasing 100% of ordinary shares. After re-registration, the bank will work with the new ECO BANK brand. The full name is SB ECO BANK JSC, the statement informs.
