The commission established by the mayor's office is dealing with organizational issues related to the "Rixos Khan Shatyr Residences" TK, where the fire broke out on June 22.
"The cost of repairing apartments and facades damaged by fire will not be reimbursed from the budget. The commission will consider technical issues regarding the further use of the building. Taking into account that there was a fire in the said house, this is an emergency situation, the city administration will provide assistance in organizational issues," the report says.
Let us remind you that on June 22, around 15:00, a catastrophic fire broke out in an apartment building in Astana. The total area of the fire was 250 square meters. Rescuers evacuated 12 people, including seven children.
There is no information about casualties. The primary cause of the fire is carelessness when working with fire or a low-calorie fire source. The fire engulfed the exterior coverings and insulation of the residential complex from the second floor to the 27th floor.
