At this year's nomadic games held in Kazakhstan, the Russian national team took the third place in terms of total number of medals. The games are held every two years. The next games will be hosted by Kyrgyzstan.
"We have time to think," said Pavlyuk, "before we get the right to hold the Games, we need to solve a number of issues at the regulatory level. We are certainly ready, if any event is held in Russia, it will always be overtop, as the youth say," he said. .
Ildar Gilmutdinov, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma's Committee on Nationalities, noted that during the World Nomad Games, "high-ranking officials of a number of republics visited Kazakhstan and discussed the prospects of entry."
