As explained by the children's ombudsman of Pavlodar region, a large family, where a minor girl is being raised, moved to Kazakhstan four years ago.
"After moving, his parents got permission to live where they live now. After that, they were under the control of local state bodies and the school and are still under control," said Saule Shakeneva, children's ombudsman of Pavlodar region, to the reporter of Tengrinews.kz.
Saule Shakeneva went to the district where the family lives to consider all the possibilities of providing help and support to the minor boy and his baby.
"The teenage girl hid her pregnancy from her mother by wearing loose clothes, the girl herself was afraid to tell her. The suspect is also a minor, a 17-year-old relative of the girl. The investigation is ongoing," added Saule Shakeneva, children's ombudsman of Pavlodar region.
According to the doctors of the regional perinatal center, the minor girl was under constant observation during pregnancy. The teachers who noticed the changes in the appearance of the schoolboy contacted the doctors. After the pregnancy was confirmed, the girl was admitted to the department of pathology of pregnant women.
"We made sure that the girl's health is not in danger, everything is fine with the development of the fetus, we kept her under observation for ten days and took her to primary medical care under the guidance of her mother. She came to us for an ultrasound screening at the 34th week, we looked, the fetus was developing according to the gestation period, there were no abnormalities, everything is fine, and then we continued to monitor the minor girl's health," said Inessa Vysotskaya, acting director of the Pavlodar regional center.
The opinion of the doctor was published on the official page of the children's ombudsman of Pavlodar region on the social network. According to official information, on July 19, the emergency team brought the minor child, who started labor, to the perinatal center.
"The girl was operated on urgently. A girl weighing 3360 kg was born. Now the mother and the baby are on temporary artificial feeding, and the teenager-mother and child are also feeling well. The staff treats her like a child and tries to help her in every way," Vysotskaya explained. .
