The republican high school of sports mastery in water and applied sports belonging to ex-Minister of Culture Arystanbek Mukhamediuly has been returned to the state, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to the information of Tengrinews.kz agency, state property worth 1.2 billion tenge was returned according to the claim of Zhetysu district prosecutor's office of Almaty city.
On July 17, the decision of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty to recognize the sale of the Republican High School of Sports Mastery in water and applied sports as invalid entered into legal force.
In addition, the court confirmed violations of the law, which were reflected in the reduction of the market value of the object by 551 million tenge.
