A meeting between the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smayilov and the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ibrahim Raisi took place in Tehran, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
During the meeting, Alikhan Smayilov conveyed the greetings of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and noted that the development of Kazakhstan-Iran relations has a special place in the agenda of our country.
"Now the governments of both countries are actively working on the actual implementation of the tasks put forward at a high level. I am sure that this year our cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats will be distinguished by high results," said the Prime Minister.
