The educational program is intended for the following categories of citizens. They are people who are in debt and on the debtors list, people who currently have credit but no overdue debts, and entrepreneurs who are just starting out with loans and financing from government programs.
Within the framework of the project, it is planned to cover about 80 thousand residents of rural settlements.
