Salaries of cultural workers will increase by 100 percent until 2025. The Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dauren Abayev stated about this, the national portal "Adyrna"writes.
According to 24.kz, Dauren Abayev answered all the participants' questions at the meeting with residents of Zhambyl region. The first question that was considered problematic was related to salary. This is because the employees of the industry had made a proposal to increase the salary. Now he got a clear answer in the meeting with the minister.
"Salaries are increasing from 2021. It will increase by 20% to 100% by 25 years, and it will reach 100%. Salaries will double. But we also understand the problem of inflation. The state has a strong desire to raise wages. But this economy is the income of the market. everything that is possible should be calculated," said Dauren Abaev.
