The first deputy head of the Police Department of the West Bank, police colonel Zhanbolat Zhanshin calls on the owners of hotels, hostels, boarding houses, dormitories, rented apartments to strictly observe the requirements of the migration legislation.
- Individuals and legal entities that receive foreign citizens are obliged to inform the Internal Affairs bodies about the immigrants coming to them. This notification must be given within three working days from the date of arrival of the foreign citizen. In case of missing this period and not notifying the internal affairs bodies about the arrival of the immigrant, the above-mentioned property owners will be held liable under Article 518 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For legal entities, a fine of 10 to 25 MCI per month, up to 100 MCI in case of repetition, is provided, which is 306 thousand tenge, Zhanbolat Zhanshin said.
