At the 77th session of the UN General Assembly, the President of Kazakhstan proposed the establishment of the UN Regional Center in Central Asia and Afghanistan, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.

"We believe it is important to establish a UN regional center in Almaty for the goals of sustainable development in Central Asia and Afghanistan. Kazakhstan sees the future of Afghanistan as a truly independent, neutral state that lives in peace with its neighbors.
