Mayor of Shymkent Murat Aitenov inspected the construction works being carried out in the Zhangatalap residential area of Abay district, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
Last year, more than 6,000 residents of the settlement had access to drinking water. Now it's time for quality electricity. 90% of the construction of "Zhangatalap" substation is completed.
Currently, power lines are being laid for a total length of 42.2 km, the completion date is planned for the end of October.
