Since the beginning of the year, 107 cases of human trafficking have been detected in Kazakhstan. In this regard, the Office for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings will be established in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This was announced by Minister Erlan Turgumbayev.
According to the Minister, the total number of crimes in the country decreased by 37% and juvenile delinquency by 51%.
The crime detection rate has also improved, with 64% of serious crimes and 94% of serious crimes detected.
It should be reminded that a month ago, about 1,200 people were lost in the country.
