"They embezzled more than 341 million tenge of budget funds by illegally transferring salaries and other payments to people who did not actually work in the hospital. According to the court verdict, chief accountant Khangereeva was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months of imprisonment. His subordinate Tuganbayeva was sentenced to 7 years in prison," the report said.
