There was a massive accident in the city of Semipalatinsk, and the lights went out in all the districts, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.
The Ministry of Energy announced that there were problems with electricity in the city.
"At 1:30 p.m., due to a power outage in the lines of KEGOC JSC, the lights also went out in Semey city. Electricity was restored at 1:45 p.m.," the report said.
Currently, local media reports that although electricity has been restored, water is still not connected to the vast majority of districts.
