The founders of two Atyrau companies were arrested for defrauding shareholders of 650 millions tenge, "Adyrna" reports with reference to the press service of the Atyrau regional prosecutor's office.
"In Atyrau region, a pre-trial investigation has been started against the founders of "Nazik group" LLP and "Andorra Construction" LLP, who were suspected of illegally taking the funds of more than 30 citizens who invested 650 million tenge in the construction of private housing. Due to the actions of the suspects, the shareholders are still unable to get housing even after two years. The founders of these companies were arrested with a court order," the report said.
