Mazhilis Speaker Yerlan Koshanov signed the Decree on holding a joint session of the parliament chambers. This was reported by the press service of the lower house of the legislative body of the country.
"In accordance with subsection 2) of Article 58, Clause 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a joint session of the Chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan should be convened on September 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Astana," reads the text distributed by the press service of the Majlis
