The Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the young girl made a complaint to the police. She reported that a man she had just met mixed drugs in her coffee.
"During the investigation, it was found that the girl met the guy through social networks. The young people met and decided to continue the relationship. After one cup of coffee, the girl lost consciousness," said the police.
The police detained a 33-year-old resident of the city. An investigation is underway. An expert was appointed.
