Since the beginning of the year, two teenagers have been infected with HIV in Astana, "Adyrna" reports.
Sarkhat Beisenova, the chief state sanitary doctor of Astana, shared this information at a briefing.
"According to statistics, 206 cases of HIV infection were registered in Astana during half a year. There are two cases among teenagers," said Sarkhat Beisenova.
Also, according to the results of the 6th month of the current year, the epidemiological situation of infectious, parasitic, quarantine and very dangerous infections in the capital was assessed as stable.
