Prime Minister Alikhan Smayilov went to Atyrau on a working visit to get acquainted with the current situation at the Atyrau oil refinery and criticized the management of "KazMunayGas" and the Atyrau oil refinery for the shortcomings in the work, - the reporter of "Adyrna" reported with reference to the press service of the government.
The general director of the plant, Murat Dosmuratov, said that the construction project of a private gas turbine power station is currently being developed.
"On July 3, due to an emergency power outage, almost all plant work was stopped. Similar situations occurred two years ago. Even then, it became clear that the enterprise needed a separate source of electricity supply. Of course, this is not only the responsibility of Atyrau Oil Refinery, but also "KazMunayGas" should also do the necessary work," answered Alikhan Smayilov.
