A number of changes have been made to the tax legislation. In particular, the payment fee for the use of natural resources will be supplemented with new rules and will be implemented from January 1, 2024, - reported the national portal "Adyrna".
Currently, only objects in the state forest fund and specially protected natural territories (including medicinal plants, wild fruits, nuts, mushrooms, berries) are taxed, but from next year, a tax will be introduced for wild plant species collected outside these territories (Article 69 of the Tax Code). -paragraph 6 of the chapter).
Fees are being considered for wild plant species collected for pharmaceutical, food and technical needs outside of the territories of the state forest fund and specially protected natural territories.
Local representative bodies (Councils) of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital determine the amount of payment for plants, wild species of plants.
The right to use plant resources will be granted to individuals only if a fee is paid and a special notification is sent.
