By the decision of the Karasai district court, the "Barys" bazaar, which was owned by Bolat Nazarbayev, was returned. According to the decision of the court, the terms of purchase and sale of land plots totaling 37.6 hectares ("Barys" auto market) were declared invalid, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to the press service of the court, the actual decision on the disputed issue was announced on April 17. The claim of the Karasai District Prosecutor's Office to invalidate the land sale contracts was considered. As a result, Judge Akhmetova A.B. approved the claim.
We remind you that the case between the prosecutor's office, the local administration and Bolat Nazarbayev regarding land ownership started at the end of March.
Based on the data, 7 contracts for the sale of land plots were concluded between 2004 and 2019. State lands are assigned to Karasai district, Kaskeleng akimat and district land relations department.
However, there were gross violations of the law during the transfer of land plots. Therefore, the prosecutors declared the purchase and sale agreements invalid and demanded that the land be returned to the state.
