In America, the investigation of Elon Musk's company Neuralink, which produces brain chips, has begun. The structure conducting investigation at the state level received a report about the company's employees torturing animals and conducting severe tests. This is reported by the national portal "Adyrna" with reference to the Reuters agency.
Now the investigation is conducted by the representative of the US Department of Agriculture, the chief inspector.
Investigators reviewed dozens of Neuralink documents and questioned 20 former employees of the company. Finally, the dissatisfaction of the staff with this kind of research work, which put the animals in a state of distress, was appreciated.
In addition, it is also known that Elon Musk constantly hires the company's specialists to achieve quick results. According to the agency, such "temper" of the leader led to failed tests and the death of animals for no reason.
Since 2018, over 1,500 animals have died as a result of Neuralink research. However, the investigators are sure that the data will increase until the end of this case.
So far, there is no official response to the investigation from the company's management, Elon Musk himself.
