Alibek Bakaev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Austria, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to International Organizations in Vienna, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Swiss Confederation, Sovereign Military Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Principality of Liechtenstein, Vatican State, Saint John of Jerusalem, Rhodes and Malta He was dismissed from his executive positions, including the position of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to the Order of Hospitallers;
Kairat Sarzhanov was appointed to the post of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Swiss Confederation;
Askar Kuttykadam was appointed to the post of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Singapore.
