"In 10 cases, the culprits were drunk. 53 people were died, including 2 teenagers. The main cause of car accidents is non-observance of traffic rules, explained the prosecutor's office of Atyrau region.
It should be noted that in the last 2 years, 60 drivers were convicted for committing traffic violations in the region, and 35 of them were sentenced to imprisonment for 1 to 7 years.
