Nevertheless, it is our duty to take into account the importance of today's situation and convey it to everyone," he said.
It should be noted that this morning (September 21) Putin announced the mobilization in Russia. After that, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu made a statement. According to him, 300,000 reservists will be drafted into the army.
