The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smayilov met with the President of the UAE Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in the "Al-Bahr" palace as part of his official visit to the United Arab Emirates. This was announced by the official website of the Government, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to the Prime Minister, this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Also, during this time, diplomatic relations rose to the level of strategic partnership.
"We intend to further strengthen wide-scale cooperation in all areas of the economy of mutual interest. We also thank the United Arab Emirates for their constant support of Kazakhstan's international initiatives," said Alikhan Smayilov.
