"The first sentence was left unchanged by the decision of the Criminal Affairs Court of the Kyzylorda Regional Court. By the decision of the Supreme Court's court panel on criminal cases, the sentence in the sentencing part was changed and the term of imprisonment was reduced to six years. "Ishkakov asked the court to replace the unpaid part of the sentence with a lighter form of punishment, i.e. with a fine or restriction of liberty," the report said.
