February 22 is now a significant day for Kazakhstani winter sports fans. On this day, for the first time in the history of Aktobe region, the republican championship in cross-country skiing among girls and boys began.
The championship became possible after the opening of the ski roller track in Aktobe.
The head of the regional department of physical culture and sports Evgeny Goncharov:
“The project is implemented within the Employment Roadmap. This is the third such facility in the country. A total of six roads with a total length of 11.5 km have been built.
