President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed to completely eradicate false statistics in agriculture. He stated this at the First Forum of Agricultural Workers, according to the “Adyrna” national portal.
“Under my directive, efforts are underway to eliminate falsified statistics, forged documents, and deceptive practices in agriculture. This will allow us to accurately assess the real situation in the sector and avoid making inefficient decisions that lead to economic losses,” said the President.
Tokayev also emphasized the need for transparency in subsidy allocation.
“The government must ensure full transparency in subsidy distribution and strengthen the sector through market-based approaches. It is essential to transition to strategically reliable and well-thought-out mechanisms of state regulation in this area,” the President added.
