Kurmet Talapkazy, a Turkestan volunteer who helped people in Mangistau oblast and Aral district of Kyzylorda oblast to collect hay and help people suffering from lack of fodder, will study for free at the University of South Kazakhstan, the national portal "Adyrna" reports.
