The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan by order of August 11, 2021 amended some orders of the Ministry of Labor and Health concerning compatriots, the national portal "Adyrna" reports.
In particular, changes were made to the rules for the inclusion of documents and the regional quota for the reception of migrants and the rules of voluntary resettlement to increase labor mobility.
Basically, they were involved in the acquisition and construction of housing for migrants.
Thus, the participants of the "Labor" program can be job seekers, unemployed, certain categories of employed, as well as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan among young people under 29 years of age, relatives and migrants. Citizens determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and included in the regional quota for the reception of compatriots and migrants arriving for permanent residence are citizens whose priority participation in the "Labor" program.
To increase labor mobility, voluntary resettlement is carried out in two directions: interregional resettlement and interregional resettlement within the regional quota for the reception of migrants and compatriots determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Participants in interregional voluntary resettlement are people and their families included in the regional quota for the reception of migrants and compatriots, as well as employers who assist in resettlement.
In addition, "Eternal country's youth - to the industry!" Alumni from the project participants (Serpin), as well as compatriots independent of the regions can participate in interregional voluntary resettlement.
Individuals and their family members included in the regional application quota for participation in interregional voluntary resettlement can apply to the employment center of the population in the area of departure and apply for inclusion in the Labor Program.
The order will come into force on August 29, 2021.
