Amendments and additions are planned for the Constitutional Law “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” reports “Adyrna.”
According to the approved plan, changes and additions to certain legislative acts concerning election issues are expected.
The draft law is being developed by the Ministry of National Economy and is scheduled to be submitted to Parliament in June. The Ministry of Justice is set to receive the draft in February.
In addition, the plan includes draft laws related to banking and public service, as well as the budget for 2026-2028, the Law on Guaranteed Transfers from the National Fund, and several other regulatory legal acts.
