A member of parliament, Aschat Aimagambetov, expressed his opinion regarding the fire at the house of the late Sherzat Bolat, as reported by the national portal “Adyrna.” Aimagambetov, in his Telegram channel, commented on the tragic incident, stating:

“The tragic incident in Talgar is shocking. The brutal murder of a young man and the burning of his family’s house is an act of cruelty, savagery, and injustice that has shaken us all. This event is not only a challenge for law enforcement but for society as a whole. My condolences to Sherzat Bolat’s family. It is crucial to ensure transparency and fairness in the investigation. All those responsible must be held accountable before the law and face justice. The police and the prosecutor’s office must ensure that no one escapes punishment. This crime should prompt systematic reforms in law enforcement. This is not just a legal requirement but our duty to society.”

He further emphasized that everything must be handled within the legal framework:

“Violence against those responsible will not solve the problem. It’s important to express our position and dissatisfaction without breaking the law, and to use the right approach without escalating the conflict. All issues must be resolved within the framework of the law, and that is how it should be in our society. I do not rule out that this tragic incident could be used to deliberately destabilize the situation. Therefore, it is crucial now to avoid provocations, ensure justice, and focus on deep and systematic reforms in law enforcement.”

He also urged people not to trust unverified information:

“Let’s not spread unverified information and create panic. All decisions must be made within the law. The necessary forces of law enforcement have been fully mobilized. This case is under the supervision of the Prosecutor General, and the family is under police protection. It is important now to punish the criminals and demonstrate the full force of the justice system.”

It is worth noting that on October 12, the house where Sherzat Bolat had lived was destroyed by fire.
