Russian MP Andrei Kolesnik suggested detonating a nuclear bomb as part of the tests. This was announced by the publication Lenta.ru, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
The deputy says that it is necessary to warn Western politicians about the threat of nuclear weapons.
"We have to make a nuclear explosion at a test site. Currently, such tests are prohibited in our country, but people should see what this will lead to. If the moratorium is lifted, maybe humanity will think carefully," he said.
The deputy made this statement when talking about Ukraine. According to him, this can lead to serious consequences for civilians.
