Outpatient clinics are being built in two villages of Esil district within the framework of the national project "Modernization of Rural Health Care", implemented in response to the instructions of the head of state.

The main purpose of creating these medical facilities is to provide rural residents with primary medical and sanitary care, as well as to increase the availability of preventive examinations, screenings, early detection of diseases and timely medical care to prevent complications.

In the villages of Svobodny and Aksay, new medical clinics will appear, which residents have been waiting for a long time. In the past, medical services in the villages were provided by only one general practitioner in a building not intended for these purposes. New outpatient clinics will receive up to 45 people per day.

Outpatient clinics have one general practitioner and three nurses providing medical assistance. Outpatient clinics will meet all requirements and be equipped with necessary medical equipment. The cost of the facility under construction in the village of Svobodny is 320.3 millions tenge, and in the village of Aksay - 325.9 millions tenge. Funding is carried out from the republican budget within the framework of the program "Modernization of Rural Health Care".
