"We witnessed a significant increase in various natural disasters. Every country in the world is suffering from this. Recently, Kazakhstan experienced an unprecedented flood. According to experts, the scale of this natural disaster is directly related to the global warming process. The only way to overcome climate challenges is It is clear that it is not possible. I believe that the world community should continue its bold step towards decarbonization. But this should not harm the important tasks of the states aimed at development and modernization," said Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev.
