Sharkhan Tursynbayev has been appointed deputy chief of staff by the order of the head of the akim's office of Almaty city, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
Sharkhan Shaymerdenuly Tursynbaev was born in 1987 in South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Kazakh General Academy of Architecture and Construction and the University of Friendship of Peoples of Kazakhstan.
He started his professional career in 2010 when he started working as a chief specialist in the State Architecture and Construction Control Department of Almaty. In recent years, he has held various positions in the office of Auezov and Nauryzbai district governors. In 2018, he worked as a chief specialist of the Department of Organization and Control of the Office of the Mayor of Almaty.
From 2019 to the present, he worked as the deputy akim of the Auezov district of Almaty, chief of staff.
